Seems there is a rumor going around and was mentioned on this board @ 11AM this morning.

Email From Ernest Remo CEO of ADHC, filing also checks out. DD SOLID

Not true. All shares issued for compensation and financing is contained in our 3rd quarter filings and can be found on the Pink Sheets website. I only pay attention to facts and not rumor.

Hi, can you validate this please before it gets out. I discovered this today and talked privately with a few investors through iHub and it concerns us. We dont want this to become a widespread rumor.
