I asked the IR woman about whether Formula had the money about two weeks ago. She said they assumed they did or they wouldn't of signed. That's all she would say.

It looks like Formula is a small two or three person LLC, but in reality it's hard to accurately tell without an official statement from the Limited Partnership.
