Ilenes - On that last big hearing at the end
of May - did either Rosen or EC indicate to JMW
that since July 5,6, 7 were open that they might
want to hold them as an option? Just thinking (dreaming)
in regards to any new settlement agreement over the holiday
weekend, would they still have an option for any of
those dates to address it in court prior to the 13th?
