Would it not also give any Investors reason to wonder how Big the company can grow by using those shares in a positive manner.

I truly doubt Mark has any intention of destroying 5 years of hard work to screw his shareholders.

If you have any evidence to show that TYTN has any thing to hide or has mislead investors to date, please do.

Mark has said the A/S will be used to grow the Co.

You've said earlier you have friends whom have bought TYTN have you told them to sell and trying to get them back in at a lower price, if they haven't sold I bet you would be singing a different tune. GLTY

You are right I don't, but that is why the increase in A/S is reason to be cautious for the reasons of reducing what the company is worth and other reasons.
