I pick B! That would be my choice. I do not know Paul but it seems to me that he was trying very hard to make XMDC a huge company. I believe he would have done it with a share price of $5.00 or more. If sam would have agreed to what His lawyers wrote up and what he sighed. Everyone would have made out Great. I just don't know WHY he changed his mind.
