Dear Shareholder,

The Company, through Jonathan Bryant, has agreed a viable and sustainable way forward for the business. The route involves the addition to the management team of an established name in the US stock market and financial arena acting as consultant and adviser to the Company. The role will involve institutional introductions, financing, stock market introductions and the creation of and lead adviser for the Company in the market and financial strategy going forward.

The revised plan will involve a re-focusing of the business and its priorities. It also requires a change at the Board level with the replacement of Thomas Kelly by Jonathan Bryant. This is deemed necessary as Thomas’ background is not suited nor experienced in change management and he has expressed a wish to resign should a suitable and viable proposition become clear for the Company.

Jonathan has in the first instance brokered the deal, been involved in defining the new business strategy and recruitment of the required management team to deliver on the plan. Furthermore, the strategy will introduce capital for operational activities securing the next 12 months. Should the shareholders vote for this action, the plan will be executed with immediate effect and Jonathan will immediately seek additional board members in line with the new business focus.

For this plan to be auctioned immediately and seamlessly, the best route is for a shareholder vote to approve the plan and the replacement of Thomas Kelly as President, CEO, Treasurer, Secretary and sole officer with Jonathan Bryant in all roles in the interim whilst the full board is recruited.

Through Nevada law, a shareholder vote to approve is the most effective and immediate route. As all aspects of the plan are agreed and in place subject to Thomas’ replacement, we ask that each shareholder e-mail their approval or not for immediate action to enquiries@8000inc.net

So now we are making board votes through email? lol... At least they are making some attempt at some piece of business... it's nice not to hear rants about NSS and crapola of the like.
