Correct me if I am wrong... but what good could come of there being 5,000,000,000 additional authorized shares?

Previously we had 1.5 Bil, Right?

So say he gives 2.5 Bil to a Chinese exchange and 2.5 Bil to the manufacturer, wouldn't that still mean that our 1.5 Bil become 6.5 Bil which means that we have to share profits with 6,500,000,000 more shares where previously it was only 1.5 Bil that we had to share with?
