I'm wondering if our new ceo has ever been at the helm of a public company... My reasoning is this, if he had been able to acquire venture capital but the business failed then wouldn't the VC ppl be out their investment? Could it be possible that they have something like VC money lined up, but had to bring the co. public to ensure that whoever wants to back them had a means to recoop their investment? just a theory, feel free to correct my theory on this type of backing...
