i have a suspicion that the hedgies will be the immediate bankroll for exit from bk for wmi. if susman can catch the hedgies in their lies by proving insider trading by actual transcripts of trading prior and after takedown...thats enough to strip them of any ill-gotten gains and the waterfall turns into an ocean for us. then susman takes jpm and fdic to trial and gets everything that was stolen(planes, artwork, etc) and monies for things already sold without the judges ok. susman is certainly running the show and everyone else is just running... jmo.
