If you read very carefully the info on the newly authorized shares, you will see that the money from those shares is ALREADY spent, and NOT on building AC units. So, your hope that the new shares are going to be used for financing the building of a working model of an AC, is misplaced. The only piece that has been built is a fifth generation compressor,(built years ago), by star rotor. I gave the details of that compressor in an earlier post, along with a link. That knowledge along with a few other details has led me to believe that the AC is soon to be discarded. Just saying.
