I just got back a few hours ago, as a matter of fact.

It appears the PP holders are lighting a fire under PTQ's ass to the tune of providing a price floor up to $1/sh. That's not to say PTQ will have to buy 17M shares at $1, but the fact that they're willing to pay $1/sh is encouraging. Like a number of folks have said, the greed of the big investors protects us.

I was pretty disappointed by the PR to see such a large float. I wonder where they're getting their data. Also, if 12% of the shares are in the hands of the BoD (per corp presentation), then is that considered float or are they counting options towards that figure?

Overall, the latest PR was encouraging news, but not so encouraging that PTQ significantly out-performed the sector today. I have a hunch there was a lot of selling into this news, otherwise we should go to $1+ in short-order with a guaranteed buyer at $1 or less per share.
