Exactly! This supposed SH with the vast knowledge of NDA's and so forth dropped the ball. And he and Warp simply want to place the blame on Estrella for the SH's lack of foresight to make sure all parties were on the same page, since the SH did set it up.
But as far as Warp is concerned, all technical specs and proprietary info should be divulged to Mid-Level flunkies and FEMA(we all know their stellar rep), and trust them with the info? Yea right, this is much ado about absolutely nothing IMO. FEMA guys didn't wanna sign NDA's.
And as far as Estrella not returning the SH's phone calls afterwards, not surprising....the SH dropped the ball and caused nothing but angst from a particular investor. Get over...move on...or sell. Knock yourself out. I couldn't care less about his hurt feelings about Estrella. JMO.
