Not necessarily he went into the courtroom to tell the Judge he would like more info from the Hedgies because of the issues raised in depo's. She heavily questioned the SNH's but came to the conclusion they complied with her order. The redactions are not good for the EC, but that will have be addressed in the objection the EC makes.

EC's leverage is still there, it has just been reduced, they are not going to be able to use the attorney communication between SNH's attorneys. We know Aurelis is the only firm that constructed an ethical wall, but the others did not.

It was good to here THJMW grill the hedgie lawyers. EC's objection should be laced with some good info for everyone to talk about. Let's go back before this request for more docs and lets just stay on the IT topic without the EC's new doc request. They have taken depo's and now we wait on their results. EC is still under that confidentiality agreement, so they have to be careful how they speak in open court.

EC is still needing to depo debtors. Leverage folks that is what we have in the original IT investigation. We need to stay on point..
