It looks old, from SH :

"Reviewed at length with Spanish counsel prior to binding letter of intent. Old news to anyone close to project including Inmet, Deutsche Bank, Global Bank, and others. As stated in conference call, claim has no merit. At least all agree there is a lot of gold in the ground to be exploited. Another non-issue to drive down the price just a little more. "
