I disagree. I believe Healthe Trim is going into this.

I believe they are registered and their financials are being done in Florida, hence the address.

Since there is no actual business in TOFS right now, it would not make sense to pay rent for an actual office in Florida.

I think they are doing everything to clear liabilities from past operations, hence the PR today stating just that, with the added tidbit of even more shares being taken off the market.

I think once all that is settled, then you will see all the details of moving Healthe Trim in.
