I'm not sure.

but when they do go submit.

A lot of people still hold shares at .01 .03 .05 and .10 not to mention people who are currently buying. Just wondering why would those people who are still buying and others that have bought at higher prices submit a sec document that takes away any hope of getting their money back? The first person to get hurt will be the shareholder as the sec begins to investigate it's an automatic process of moving to the gray market after you've been halted... I just don't see alot of people with coin left here who are holding onto a small glimmer of hope tossing there last chance away. There are scenarios albeit small ones that this will work it's way out and there monies will be returned to them. Paul's been doing this a long time. Most everything I've seen that you mentioned has been on the fine line, as it can be argued and isn't clear cut imo. And while this lingers and hangs in court and is in court jurisdiction the sec isn't gonna touch it at the very least till this either disappears from a BK filing or is resolved by the judge and handed over to the proper owner Lee. I do believe probably a few whom have left have filed and I certainly don't blame them... but still the sec would have done something it seems in early spring 2010 or by now as nothing new has occurred here recently. All it would take is one complaint to the sec if it were good enough, meaning the evidence to hang Paul... a couple of thousand saying the same thing that are likely to get the same response as the first one they see... which imo is the case.... they've been filing them under G. I think are things here that could probably put Paul under the SEC microscope, but they would probably be more along the lines of selling shares with insider knowledge through a third party.. but were not gonna have that kinda knowledge to send to the SEC..

Just saying this might be hurting the few shareholders out there that are hoping for a good out come...as of now Lisenby can't do anything, can't even correct his "error" with share because of the court.
