As we enter the final days before decision time, what is the feeling here as to arb award vs settlement. I'm sticking with settlement at 90% probability. I feel that the recent delays in court action signals that the knock on the door from nok has occurred. Nok now knows what it is up against with IDCC legal team and also knows we are willing to stand pat. The threat of a 3g trigger has got to be a disconcerting concept for the proud Finn-indemnifier or not.
