Every pr would have been true if the boys could have worked past their issues. The court docs show that both sides were aware of the prs before they were issued. Also, a ton of legal went into fighting about what things that were all suppose to happen. The docs validate that there was a plan to bring the Bio Harp to market. The talk of fraudulant prs is really funny. Knobbes would not have taken the case if the patents were not real my friends. So, the entire "Scam to sell shares conspiracy" does not hold water unles someone can point out some examples of Knobbes being heavily involved in other scams and I would simply like to see that evidence in front of me. Validity has been established for a while and this is just a legal fight and not about prs. It is about the potential for a corporation to make a lot of money marketing a medical device. Yes we are down in 98 percent from where we were as investors. It sucks and no one likes the fact that the prs did not happen. But forward looking statements are simply forward looking.
