I'm sure when people paid upwards of half a cent on the recent run up, and it went down to the low .0020s, they also ONLY held, most would have sold off quick on the way down, some held thinking it would come back right away, not yet, and just when it seemed ready to make another jump up, BOOM, an additional without explanations, more than treble increase in the Authorized Shares.

No need to do such a large increase so soon unless something big is in the works, you would think ?

But maybe not.
