there is no guarantee that this will work but it is an effort, as opposed to blind sailing through uninformed message boards.

as mentioned, the first step will be a proper DD and then work with Lotus to become as transparent as possible prior to the completion of the new building.

I would do this all myself, but I just don't have the time. Also, as is, Lotus cannot be presented to institutional investors - management really needs to clear up its act in order to grow to the next level.
