Voodoo, simple. They either have to cover or not. If it never reopens then they have to cover stock in kind, the new reorg co stk would be the play. Otherwise the open short will cream them if they are not hedged! Most important part is if they found a way to write a derivative for all the NSS or they really bet the whole house on a cancelations of equity. That is the biggest question to me, if so valuation won't matter for a week or two. Jmo

Edit my buddy tells me I'm not 100 percent on that, depends on stucture of new stock, might get cash call n crush entities not able to delive the stock to close the position. I'm sure those who are naked hav a big dilemma if the stk halts n never reopens as wamuq. I do think it will reopen n if roomers true watch out
