By the way what did you think would happen after the acquisition? stock will not go up? ECDC was a shell until acquired by a company will real operation and real shareholders. Unlike the old ECDC, it is clear people are investing in the company or the insiders acquisition of more shares is an indication of their confidence in the direction of the company.

I spoke to the CEO, it is my understanding that they had a majority of shareholders approve the change and the filing is left with their new SEC attorneys.They are not required by Nevada law to seek full shareholders approval just a majority, so stop trying to paint a picture that is not true. Everyone is too hype on this company my friend.
