Correct you are about the board's 300mill reported holdings only representing a portion. No offense to any of you, but I will not report my holdings. I'm sure there are MANY who will not do so for reasons of their own as well. Suffice it to say, that I will be adding more. Especially if the pps takes a temporary slide. Also, I'm long TADF and believe in a soon successful merger which will reap great rewards for those who stay in the game.
