In my opinion they cannot announce the merger until it has been consummated in order for this to happen TAC AIR will need their share allocation. For those of you who were surprised by this ( the additional shares) I offer this.... This while not previously announced should have been for seen by all. The merger is pending and as previously announced 46% of the new merged company will be owned by the entity currently know as TAC AIR. Without more shares that could not have been achieved. Do the math on the existing share structure and you will understand. Remember the board holds approx. 300 million shares and that is from only the people that have shared the info , my guess is that is just a portion of the shares owned by posters and watchers.
