So would you prefer that the company not proceed ahead with inventory and contracts and dealerships? Those take some sort of monetary exchange.

Let's put it this way, is hurting the little guy, exchanging a set # of AS to a distributor, or an exchange, or paying for the port access that will save $$ on each tractor unloaded?

As far as this little guy goes, I'd prefer that this operation do whatever is necessary to get this little tractor company up and running, that is, as opposed to not having the financing, and just put out a dozen or so tractors before they run out of cash. I guess at least in your mind, there would be no dilution in shares, so that would be your preference. The company would definitely not go anywhere, but at least they didn't dilute, like 100% of pink stocks do.

I want this tractor company to do whatever is necessary to succeed. Us little guys will be rewarded if that comes about. I know, I know, but it is true, if this company succeeds us little guys will too.

If you are so against increasing the AS like this company did, what would be your alternative to try and increase your odds of success here?

These are tractors, they need to be manufactured and shipped, luckily the shipping angle has yielded savings maybe through...giving out a few AS to the port...gasp, the horrors of that I can barely type. Now that I'm over it...where was I?... Oh yea, this is not your software or computer start-up operation that can be done in a garage on dorm room. This is a tractor company. How would you suggest they acquire the funds to ramp things up?
