No, I believe they were resubmitted on that date.
There were filings before that - but you have to pay for each of them - and they MAIL them I think! I am not interested enough to pay for them! The company had SEC filings for years before these guys picked up the shell.

Plus I am not sure why that name change (Regenobody Holdings) hasn't shown up elsewhere - other than on that filing. Obviously they pr'ed some sort of merger - but I thought it was cancelled. Was it re-done?

(Pink Sheets:PLBI) CEO, Armando Casciati, announced today that Proton Laborotories, Inc./RegenoBody will rescind the Agreement with Proton Laboratories, Inc. consummated in January of 2010 due to undisclosed liabilities and undisclosed claims that have arisen and have not been able to be resolved. Unfortunately, although we have completed the laboratory and are now ready to accept patients we are faced with the need to rescind our Agreement for the reasons stated and move forward as we were before the transaction with Proton Laboratories. Another odd thing I noticed on those pink sheet filings - the corporate bylaws appear to be taken off someone's desktop - not sure if the state of Washington had those on filing or if they require them to file them. Just thought it was odd.
