I'm not trying to bash the stock so I can buy it at a cheaper price. If it wasn't for the news release today it probably would be around .80. It won't matter if it's at .50 or 1.75. if the buyout goes through you'll get 3.125 or maybe a little higher if it doesn't. I don't know where the price is going short term - but I try to guess.

I'm just trying to figure what kind of company this is and why the price was going down so much with all the short term good news.

You should check everything, do your own DD and decide for yourself not what someone puts on a message board.
