It seems as if the brokerages are getting scared by the PR that the company issued on Sunday.

I don't think that's it. I think the brokerages and clearing houses got word from the regulators that something was seriously amiss. So they figured they'd stand pat until there was clarification from an official source.

But that's not gonna stop me from calling Etrade Thursday morning to demand my shares.
