simple answer a/s increase should of been expected. A private company that merges with a public company with max out share structure has to raise share structure to sell stock to raise capital( otherwise why go public) also to issue stock to bod
The question was how much do they raise it by. we now know
What do they do with the additional shares is now the question do they dump into float to raise capital or issue to bod or private placement etc...
