That's how an acquisition merger works. They could have had 300 million to 10 billion shares.

Everyone seen it coming, what we didn't know was how much. If we're going acquire a privately held company you are assuming their shares along with the company. In fact, that is the company. You can't do it any other way.

That hardly screwed anything up when it was expected by anyone who knows how these types of mergers work.
