No - I own the stock and am trying to be objective from a two year standpoint. I've only been around for a couple of weeks but it's not hard to study their history.

At this point, I would keep the stock and let the buyout finish.

Anyone is free to disagree, this is my own opinion. You should check everything, do your own DD and decide for yourself and this isn't investment advise.
