Hi Jack,

Being that I own shares in both companies, I haven't had the urge or the ambition to do much more than post the news, but I'm expecting to do some extensive reading over the weekend.

Otoh, being that I have considerably more ECUXF shares than I do of AUMN, my gut wishes that ECU Silver would have waited until they finished drilling the massive sulphides at Velardena that could possibly have gotten them a better deal or even another suitor if the assay numbers were substantial enough.

Fwiw, the ECU board at Agoracom is really hopping today.
