I think they were just getting more sell orders then buys. If the news didn't come out I bet we be in the .80's to .90's now, may still get there.

From my DD, this company never cared much what their stock was doing until April 15, 2005. When you have TWO reverse splits in TWO years and allowed the price to get not under 5.00 or 1.00 - but .10 - what more can you say!! I just hope I can get out of this one alive.

Formula 51-2 LLC will just have to pay less for the stock.
