understandable, but i just started in on them this month and CHBT is the only one i touched that was halted (and i stopped out before that). Most of the halts occurred MONTHS ago. Just remember in the future when your watching a disaster unfold, when sentiment is at its worst, therein lies opportunity. When people are scared to touch BIDU and SINA, then the sector appears overdone imho.
