Very small market in the stock.

Only 20 to 40 people trading the stock - my guess. No one else to buy - Formula 51-2 LLC won't have to pay as much.

Majority of traders are probably flipping the stock. You'll probably see a lot more volatility in the stock before it's all over. I think almost anything could happen.
