I would say you should buy back in only after you have sold all of you shares you hold now. After they move all of the additional shares they plan on selling it could be from 1 million all the way up to 5 Billion.the time to jump back in will be Then after the big PR pitch is completed Great news Great Volume like we had the other day like 180,000,000 and it never goes up. after that is when you can buy back. Just me Good Luck you should be worried anyone who has held a postion and is GREEN should take profit before this one starts the dilution machine. no one increases the A/S unless they plan on using the shares. I mean sell the shares
