This is ALMOST like a private company. They don't have any financial statement filed so public investors can look at, dormant stock, almost no info about the company. I think they probably wanted it this way. Didn't want to bother with all the hassle of filing financial and all. That's why their on the pinks, the LEAST they could do if they were serious about their stock price and stockholders is to get OTCBB listed.
Think about it, if you're a public company and you don't have to file almost any infomation about your company, who in the world would be interested in buying your stock except a handful of people.
Looks like its going to its reverse split price of .30.
