I agree Navy. They have outlined a well defined plan for making money that has a proven track record. Jeff knew exactly what he was doing when he put all this together. The fundamentals going into play are outside the scope of many penny land flippers that are just after the next big runner so to speak. Black Castle was set up to make residual income off of rental property by taking advantage of serious discounts available in comercial real estate. Patience will be the key as all the properties are aquired. However, they are just starting up and I am pleased to see them moving on the apartment complex. 50+ units will be nice but notice that Jeff hinted they were looking at 400 units. Plus the other homes that we want to aquire in lots of 10. The numbers will add up fast and it should create a snowball effect. As they generate more income and assets, more can be aquired. The growth rate should take a sharp curve north as things roll. Can you imagine the kind of player they wil be in two years time??? This is only the beginning. I will be the first to admit that our drop in pps does make a lot of sense. But on the same hand, today's pps will matter not when the numbers hit the books. Fundamentals will win every time.
