If it's for the purpose of acquisitions then I'm all for it... We just have to wait for more information as to what progress is being made and hope for th best. A 4 billion share structure for a stock at .0002 isn't as large as it may seem. I own 25 mil shares myself. If 160 shareholders owned 25 mil shares each that would be 4 billion!
This board has 384+ followers and 234 share holders as of May 2nd and I'm sure there are those that have shares that are not even accounted for!

We can assume that Deniston and others have a combined billion or so (or millions)... We don't even know the NEW float and how many shares are restricted etc... So let's not jump off the ledge just yet and try and give this company a chance to prosper with their NEW venture!

We're all in this together and positive thinking = positive results! I'm here to make money and I know anyone holding shares is as well! Negativity only scares others away from doing their own DD by saying scam etc. When no one here can back that claim up with factual information!
