Exactly, even if they aren't looking for it to go down they just need a reason to complain. The fact is, while not amazing and flashing this is still big news and just another piece of the puzzle. Other than raising the A/S, which we still don't know he reason for, mark has given zero reasons for us to doubt him, he has continually done as he has said he would, and until he shows otherwise we have no reason to believe he doesn't have the shareholders best interest in mind
