hi yanik, question? i kep hearing in my head JMWs sentence near the conf of por6 that goes something like this. "yes rosen, i do believe you will have tp produce a list of assets and as I see it now EC will have something to say about POR6 and many jumping on their coattails" could this be what she was talking about having full knowledge of what sussman gave to her to get her to reverse her Examiner decisiion.???? I have very little legal backround but this sentence she said keeps ringing in the back of my head. Could the latest turn of events be part of what she ws expecting all this time which gave her the ability (evidence) of IT and Thomba to let SS rip these guys and force an end to this? sorry if off topic and totally misguided thinking. I just have been waiting for her statement to mean something and it seems to fit hear pretty well. JMO
