the current "rumor" is that another company wants to go public: this was posted earlier--

The recent activity with this stock is due to two things, and they are that the shell is in the process of being reactivated, and will be domiciled in Colorado. This should become apparent in the next 1-2 weeks as filings have already been done. The other is that (from what I am hearing) a private Russian entity is looking to go public here in the US and this shell is the target. If all this plays out, it could mean several dollars per share. I hope it does, because my husband and I own a lot of it since the Allied fiasco and those bastard management people.

And the outstanding shares are still less than 12 million according to Jack Hinnendael, whom I spoke with about 6 months ago.
