Imagine if we name the ship and six months from now someone finds a ship with that name on a bell or some sure tell-tale sign that we dont have that ship? So should we just throw any name out there or wait till we are 100% accurate. If its my choice we wait.
We have the DR news crew on the ship as i write this. I wonder if they would be here if we werent finding any important artifacts? So the answer to the question "are artifacts worth anything if we dont sell them". So let me ask; is exposure to the company a good or bad thing from the investors point of view?
I know some of the locals are finding French coins on the beach and are selling them for twenty dollars. I seen these coins sell from $600 to $1000 on the internet. I think how stupid they must be. I would say us selling the coins right now would be very simular. We would be selling coins and artifacts before we were sure what they are worth. We might have coins that no-one in the world has.
So selling them before we know the full extent of the rarity would be just like the locals selling them at the beach.
Museum is the best thing our company could have ever done. The DR government is very proud to be able to say "we brought a company in that cares about our heritage". We are the only company here that has its own museum. And all of us here are very proud to be a part of that. It sure seems to me that alone will secure a contract as long as we care to work here.
I would say the museum is very important to our company. Even if it dosent make one dime.
