Thanks for taking the time to set the board straight on this BB.

Your well thought out post should help others that do not understand the filing. You have addressed the concerns presented to you in facts which are directly from the filing, supporting your correct analysis, instead of just blinding stating baseless opinion.

I especially note the use of June 1 as the date of the balance sheet, which would conveniently be just before the conversion/dilution. How typically "pink" of them to do such a thing!
