The GROUP groping for your cash................

The Board of Directors believes that it is in INOLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.’s and INOLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.’s stockholders’ best interests to increase the availability of additional authorized, but unissued, capital stock to provide INOLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. with the flexibility to issue equity for other proper corporate purposes which may be identified in the future. Such future activities may include, without limitation, raising equity capital, adopting Employee Stock Plans or making acquisitions through the use of stock. The Board of Directors has been in discussions with an investor group to potentially make a substantial investment into INOLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Despite discussions, there have been no agreements or other documents executed at this time.

What is the problem with this? Especially the paragraphs about an investor group!!

Look at the charts on this company and their last company. The primary group is of course Gary and Sharron Berthold. Now here is a pair to draw too. Everything goes! They are no doubt well respected members of their community. Fireside sale, there are shares for everyone and if you don't like the PPS today, just hang in there shoppers, the blue light special is coming up. Tomorrow the price may be just a little bit better.

The good news is that INOL can't drop much further and eventually the PRs will cease and the party will be over and everyone will go home. Broker no doubt, but still with a home, hopefully.

You ever wonder what SHORTERS HEAVEN is like? Like I said, check out the chart. LOL
