I like what you say, not to mention S.O.P as well!
It may seem like some good ideas, but in the end I know it is so unpredictable.
I want to believe that we (shareholders) will not be forgotten &/or go unoticed by the judge & any/all priciples involve in this fiasco.
There has to be a way to threaten them with something severe to scare them to come together & get this back working again, where we should have already dealt with 2 years ago.
Moving forward with a gentlemen's agreement (cough!)
Have a 3rd party unbias run ther show-day to day operations with incentives that if this company get off the ground, product mass produce, sales, FDA, ECT.
I WOULD LOVE TO THROW A BUNCH OF MONEY DOWN TO BUY SOME SHARES ONLY TO BELIEVE THAT WE CAN SOMETHING OUT OF THIS PILE OF S--- THAT WE ARE UNFORTUNATELY STUCK LOOKING @ RIGHT NOW!

Would love to be there to hear & see all that is going on @ the hearing!
Is there anyone that lives in that area to enquire, or to be in on the process if it is open to the public to sit & listen?
