No you are wrong, just because you file to increase the
authorized share does not mean the Secretary State will approve it. They have to process and notify you that it has been process and approved before you can file the 8K. I happen to have personally experience the process myself. From the way ECDC has conducted itself thus far I am certain they will file the appropriate documents.
