I am very frustrated because of the fact that I am still not able to trade my cbai positions. The least that I expect from Zecco is provide a clear time line after which we can trade these shares. Why are customers of other brokerage firms able to trade these shares but we cannot. Why is it taking so long and how long will it take.

Upon review, as your requested I spoke with my clearing firm Penson Financial Services regarding the security Cord Blood America, Inc. "CBAI". As of 6/15/2011 Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) is sitll working with the agent to make the new securities eligible. We also have not received our physical shares back from the transfer agent. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time (ETA) for the shares to be arrive. I apologize if this may have caused you any inconvenience.
