This is a post from Steved45, I found pretty interesting.

People don't realize this is getting big and how fast everything is happening. I'm sure Weir and Harrod want to invest. I'm sure those Chinese I-bankers want to invest. I'm sure some big Americans that were a part of Rhino funding (i.e. Venture Capital or Private Equity) are looking to invest. People are watching. Big money generally likes b/t $10-50MM companies. Right now I don't even think our market cap is $4MM. That's why I think it will take years and years, if ever, for TYTN to use all of those extra shares in the A/S.

Just wait until TYTN does their first deal with the new shares. We'll get access to the contract and there will be a clause about Mark not being allowed to accept an investment by the next investor that will decrease the previous investor's investment/ownership value w/in 24+ months. Meaning that the next financing deal that dilutes shareholders must actually increase shareholder value by a higher proportion than shareholders were diluted. This is how the game is played. Mark wants to grow TYTN but investors are very smart at including clauses to protect their money. So, new investors will make it better for us and we'll be better off. That's why you don't need to worry. There's a reason why every couple of months we've been hearing how the last financing deal that Facebook has done values the company at XX% higher than the last investment.
