I also think that the SEC's intervention was plotted out by someone/entity. Last I had heard about the Fed case was that TMOB is still there, but waiting on the State Case outcome. Just speculation on my part, but I'm hoping the involvement of the SEC brings Daic and Williamson to their senses. They need to mediate the State Case and cut a deal/settle with the BOD. From that point we can negotiate licensing or a buy-out from TMOB.
